Student Health Screenings

     Health screenings for vision, hearing, and height/weight are conducted throughout the school year. Please contact your school health office if you have questions about the screening performed at your student’s grade level. Parents/guardians will receive a referral only if there are concerns about their child’s screening results. Parents/guardians who do not want their child to participate in health screenings at school must contact the school health office and complete a signed waiver of participation form.
